Issue:
Communication error between the engine CPU and the feed ASIC
Solution:
- Reset Main Power
- Issue: Engine PWB malfunction.
- Solution: Turn off both power switches, wait 5 seconds, then turn them back on.
- Upgrade Firmware
- Issue: Firmware outdated.
- Solution: Upgrade engine firmware to the latest version for optimal performance.
- Reference: Follow Firmware Upgrade procedure.
- Inspect Feed Drive PWB
- Issue: Faulty feed drive PWB.
- Solution: Reconnect wire connectors between feed drive PWB and engine PWB. Repair or replace damaged wires.
- Reference: Refer to Electrical Diagram of PWBs for assistance. If unresolved, replace feed drive PWB.
- Replace Engine PWB
- Issue: Engine PWB malfunction.
- Solution: Replace the faulty engine PWB.
- Reference: Follow Engine PWB Replacement procedure for resolution.
